A Prophet of Kalistrade, the council’s banker and treasurer. While he isn’t a nobleman by blood, his personal wealth, premier position among Restov’s merchant class, and his contacts throughout the Inner Sea region earned him a position on the council. He has a very quick mind but usually keeps his opinions to himself, hiding his thoughts behind a poker face.

In council, he is usual quiet and tends to support the status quo, though his vote often falls in favor of where the majority appear to be heading. He prefers solidarity in council decisions and will speak persuasively to bring any angry minority into the fold with the rest once it is clear which direction the decision will fall.

As he is not a duelist himself, he habitually hires bodyguards and champions off the top of the dueling lists to represent him in the face of challenges.
